Till now, TRW Automotive has six plants in china. TRW Automotive Components Shanghai Co., Ltd., (TACS) which was founded in October,2002 and located in Shanghai International Auto City, is a wholly owned Plant by TRW Automotive. Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis、actuation、 and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

Furthermore, a new expanded TRW Automotive Components(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd will replace our exiting plant of 4000m2 with a new 20,000m2 unit. This new facility will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Electronic and Steering growth within china, the construction of which represents a further commitment by TRW of some USD30 million within the Anting Area.

With the fast growing of TACS, we are introducing other electronic products and will develop ourselves into one of the largest manufacturers in Asia Pacific. 目前TRW在中國共有6個工廠，2個辦事處，其中，位于上海國際汽車城的天合汽車零部件（上海）有限公司是TRW（天合）汽車集團(tuán)在中國上海于2002年10月新成立的獨(dú)資工廠，公司目前的主要業(yè)務(wù)為： 生產(chǎn)、組裝汽車底盤電子動力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)、汽車制動器，汽車安全氣囊電子控制模塊，銷售本公司自產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品并提供售后服務(wù)。

天合汽車零部件（上海）有限公司的新建廠房，面積從原來的4000平方米擴(kuò)展到2萬平方米。新廠為天合在中國繼續(xù)發(fā)展電子和轉(zhuǎn)向產(chǎn)品奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。新廠的建設(shè)也使天合在安亭地區(qū)追加投資3000萬美金。
