主要工作Main Mission :
1、負(fù)責(zé)制定扭矩控制策略，對(duì)扭矩進(jìn)行監(jiān)控并持續(xù)改善
Responsible for developing torque control strategy, monitoring torque and improving continuously
2、負(fù)責(zé)擰緊工具的選型、預(yù)算和驗(yàn)收
Responsible for tightening tool selection, budget and acceptance
3、負(fù)責(zé)建立擰緊工具日常使用、保養(yǎng)、檢測(cè)流程
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and test procedure of the tightening tools.
4、負(fù)責(zé)扭矩工具的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試及調(diào)試。
Calibration and commissioning of the torque tools, make sure all the torque tools can available for try out.
5、負(fù)責(zé)扭矩檢測(cè)記錄的收集、分析、保存。
Responsible for the collection, analysis and storage of torque inspection records.
6、與質(zhì)量部門配合完善車間扭力和檢測(cè)工具的管理。
Work with quality department to improve workshop torque management.
7、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的臨時(shí)工作
Complete the temporary work of the leader.
任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
-大學(xué)本科以上（工科）學(xué)歷。
Bachelor （Engineering）or above degree
-英語(yǔ)流利
Fluent in English
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
在汽車行業(yè)有至少三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有工藝或扭矩方面的工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry, work experience of process or torque is preferred
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
-能熟練使用MS Office辦公軟件.
Proficient in use of MS Office software.
-熟悉電動(dòng)擰緊工具原理、編程
Proficient in ec-tool principle and programming.
-熟悉SPC統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具
Proficient in tool of SPC.
D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
-有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和良好的溝通能力。
Have a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skil
-富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，易于合作。
Good team spirit , easy to cooperate
-較強(qiáng)計(jì)劃、解決問(wèn)題、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管理和組織能力。
Strong planning, problem solving, leadership, management and organization skills.
