主要工作Main missions:
1、標準解讀Standards interpretation
依據(jù)汽車EMC規(guī)范和流程從事EMC相關(guān)工作；了解相關(guān)的EMC規(guī)范例如電磁波發(fā)射GB/T 18387, GB14023, GB18655，電磁波免疫ISO11452-1,2,3,5,9, ESD GB19951。
Work with EMC according to Automotive EMC standards and process. Knowledge in EMC standards as Emission GB/T 18387, GB14023, GB18655, Immunity ISO11452-1,2,3,5,9, ESD GB19951

2、試驗計劃、試驗報告及設(shè)計的檢查Review test plans 、test reports and design
依據(jù)公司相關(guān)標準和規(guī)范審查供應(yīng)商提交的零部件EMC試驗計劃及試驗報告。對于電子零部件和系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計方面進行檢查
Review EMC component test plans and test reports according to NEVS documentation standard with responsibility for analyze of the results from suppliers. Perform design review on electronic components and systems

3、公務(wù)出差Business trip
到國內(nèi)和國外測試場出差。
Traveling to both national and international test sites.

4、內(nèi)部支持及輔助Inter support and assistance
協(xié)助車輛集成&測試所需要的其他的任務(wù)，協(xié)助并與設(shè)計部門進行緊密合作
Support vehicle integration & Testing with other necessary activities. Support and work closely with the design department.

5、知識共享knowledge sharing
參與相關(guān)的技術(shù)論壇，對EMC相關(guān)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)整理、總結(jié)和分享。
Participate in the related technology BBS，summarize and share the relevant experience about EMC.
6、部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求的其他相關(guān)支持工作
Other relevant supporting work required by department leader

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機械、化工、材料、汽車類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor or above, machinery，Chemical engineering, Materials，Automobile and relevant major.
2.英語四級以上，能看懂相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、企業(yè)/國家標準及英文資料；
CET-4 or above，Understand relevant laws and regulations、enterprise or national standards and English files.
3.2~5年以上EMC相關(guān)檢測工作經(jīng)驗，汽車相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
EMC Engineer needs at least 2-5 years experience, automotive experance preferred.
4.正直誠信，責(zé)任心強，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)組織管理能力，良好的團隊合作精神，具有較強的壓力承擔(dān)能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability
5良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Fluent English communication in listening，writing and speaking.
