1、根據(jù)零件特點，運輸情況及工廠要求等情況，對供應(yīng)商提供的包裝方案進行審核；
To audit the packing plan which provided by supplier, basic of part character, transportation condition and plant requirement.
2、負責(zé)包裝器具的RFQ編制，參與招投標(biāo)及驗收工作 ；
To make RFQ for packing container, take part in bid and tender activities and goods checking and receiving.
3、 設(shè)計周轉(zhuǎn)包裝，并對流通使用中的包裝進行管理，使其能充分滿足生產(chǎn)所需并保持良好的狀態(tài)；
To design the reusable package and monitor it during use, keep it in good condition.
4、控制零件包裝質(zhì)量和包裝成本；
To control the package quality and cost for the parts.
5、確保所有零件按既定標(biāo)準包裝并發(fā)運；
To ensure the parts packed in right package and delivery on time.
6、負責(zé)廠內(nèi)周轉(zhuǎn)包裝優(yōu)化設(shè)計,支持精益生產(chǎn)并優(yōu)化物流成本。
To optimize the reusable package, support LEAN and ensure cost saving.

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、工業(yè)工程、汽車工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, major at logistics, industrial engineering, automobile engineering or other related.
2、有5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗和2年同崗經(jīng)驗，熟悉包裝工程規(guī)范，熟悉汽車工藝、精益物流；
5 years related working experience and 2 years in same position is must, be familiar with the packaging engineering, PE and LEAN.
3、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力和良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
Good at English, both of spoken and written
4、熟悉ERP/MES/WMS系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯、功能和應(yīng)用；
Be familiar with ERP/MES/WMS system
5、熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，能夠使用AutoCAD。
Skillful use of Office, AutoCAD is preferred.
