職責描述：
1、深入現(xiàn)場對生產(chǎn)過程中存在的焊接質(zhì)量問題準確判斷并及時解決
Finding and solve the welding quality problems immediately during the working time.
2、分析影響焊接質(zhì)量因素，查找根本原因，預防改善，提高焊接質(zhì)量
Analyze the factors that affect the welding quality to find out the root cause, through the preventive maintenance and improvement to improve the quality of welding.
3、PM系統(tǒng)維護，主數(shù)據(jù)建立，包含設備BOM，維修策略，計劃，任務清單等
PM system maintenance, set up the master data, including equipment BOM,maintenance strategy, plan and task list and so on.
4、完善備品備件清單,規(guī)劃焊接相關備件的安全庫存
Improve the spare part list and plan the safety stock about the relevant parts..
5、收集及核對焊接相關資料，負責焊接夾具圖紙、焊機手冊、焊接工藝、參數(shù)調(diào)整記錄、墊片記錄等資料管理
Responsible to collect the welding related documents, check and manage them.
6、開展設備TMP活動
Carry out TPM activities.
7、開展焊接相關的培訓工作
Carry out the welding related education.
8、支持ME開展新設備導入工作，并提出改善建議并協(xié)助推進實施
Support ME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it.
9、學習PLC及機器人相關知識，并具有一定的處理相關問題的能力
Learn the knowledge of the PLC and robot, and have the ability to deal with the related problems.
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學歷, 電氣、自動化類相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先
Bachelor degree and above, Electrical, Automation or other related major priority.
2、英語水平良好，具有較強的讀寫能力
Good English skill, both spoken and written.
3、有3年以上焊裝車間相關工作經(jīng)驗
More than 3 years of related experiences in the Body shop.
4、熟悉焊接相關質(zhì)量標準，焊接工藝，能在項目前期提出有效意見及建議
Understanding of the welding quality standards and welding process, effective advice can be made in the pre-project.
5、熟練掌握點焊、凸焊、MIG/CO2焊等相關知識，影響因素分析，參數(shù)調(diào)整及質(zhì)量改善
Proficiency in the spot welding, projection welding and MIG/CO2 welding, the factors analysis, parameter adjustment and quality improvement.
6、具備調(diào)試機器人軌跡的能力
Enable to adjust the robot trace.
7、必須要有團隊合作精神，保證溝通是開放直接和清楚的。
Must be a good team player. Ensures communication is open direct and clear.
8、以結(jié)果為導向?？梢栽趬毫ο鹿ぷ?。
Result orientation. Can work under the press.
