?The Quantity Surveyor will report and be accountable to Senior Project Manager.

Client Management
?Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
?Manages day-to-day client interaction regarding commercial issues.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities
?Assist the Senior Project Manager in ensuring the competitive, efficient and effective delivery of cost management services to the client.
?Manage the Consultant Quantity Surveyors deliverables, including, but not limited to procurement schedule, cost plan, payment schedules, keeping up-to-date records, payment tracking, change management
?Liaise and agree with the client the proposed procurement strategy, tendering processes, forms of contract, control and monitor inputs and outputs from the Consultant QS and effect any necessary changes to meet agreed project budget.
?Assist the Consultant Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of estimates, expressions of interest, compile tender long and shortlists, manage the prepare tender invitation documents by the Consultant QS, including establishing full evaluation methodology, manage the tender and tender evaluation process,
?Review progress valuations and interim payments, complete final accounts, obtain audit clearance and approve the issue final certificates and final cost reports.
?Manage the appointment process for consultants and contractors, not limited to LDI, AV consultant, food facility planning consultant, fit-out contractor, theming contractor and ELV contractor,
?Review and approval the Consultant Quantity Surveyors monthly cost reports, advise on cost escalation, contingency amounts, budget transfers and compile a monthly cost report for key stakeholders
?Advise on all matters relating to Contracts, Procurement and cost control and reviewing value engineering recommendation
?Manage the approval and processing of payments.
?Familiar with Chinese based forms of contract
?Obtain budget approval[s] from the client
?Assist in maintaining and developing the appropriate professional standards and practices within the company.


Skills
Be able to speak and read Mandarin and English
Suitable for intermediate level Quantity Surveyor position [5-8 years’ experience] in China
Be able to relocate to Hengqin and based at site

?協(xié)助顧問工料測量師編制估算，表達(dá)利益，編制招標(biāo)長短清單，由咨詢顧問QS管理招標(biāo)文件，包括建立全面的評估方法，管理招標(biāo)和評標(biāo)過程，
?審查進(jìn)度評估和中期付款，完成決算，獲得審核結(jié)果并批準(zhǔn)最終證書和最終成本報告。
?管理顧問和承包商的任命過程，不限于LDI，AV顧問，食品設(shè)施規(guī)劃顧問，裝修承包商，主合同商和ELV承包商，
