IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location:
Pingdu City, Shangdong Province
Job Description:
1. Works as onsite engineer in client’s company, pick up calling from users, provide local support to them, handle the related issue, such as OS & software issue, network issue, laptop, desktop, printer & desk phone issue;
2. Handle the service request from users, such as: Enable account, Add/remove permission, install OS & software;
3. Cooperate with our offshore support team and China team, provide assistance in daily operation and project, help to maintain the IT device, such as switch, server, network and firewall.
4. Follow ITIL process strictly, record and handle all incidents/service requests in IT system, record troubleshooting process and action in it, escalate incident if necessary;
6. Document and manage asset, Compose user manual; Follow up other tasks arranged by the manager
Requirement:
1. Must have college degree or above in computer science;
2. 2 years working experience on Tech Support, be familiar with all kinds of client support, such as Windows/office/LAN((wins/dns/tcp)/printer/desktop/laptop;
3. Ability to read and write English, oral English is a plus;
4. Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications; Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of computer hardware and software problems;
5. Certificate of MCSE, CCNA is a plus
