職位描述/ Responsibilities：
1. 主導(dǎo)或協(xié)助相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)量產(chǎn)階段工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)、評(píng)估、驗(yàn)證和改進(jìn)工作。
Lead or assist to related department for tooling and jigs’ design, assessment, verification and improvement in mass production.
2. 協(xié)助相關(guān)部門對(duì)NPI階段工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)、評(píng)估和驗(yàn)證工作，驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)品的批量生產(chǎn)可行性，完善試制報(bào)告和有關(guān)的工藝文件。
Assist to related department for tooling and jigs’design, assessment and verification in NPI with mass production availability verification and trial run report and related document completion.
3. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程、人員的操作熟練程度，測(cè)定各工序的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)工時(shí)并定期更新。
Measure and standard working time of all production processes with update regularly according to production procedure and proficiency in operation.
4. 根據(jù)公司的要求，結(jié)合生產(chǎn)的工序流轉(zhuǎn)和物料流轉(zhuǎn)，合理設(shè)計(jì)車間的工藝布局圖，合理優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)布局，并負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行排布。
Rational design process layout with production layout optimization according to company requirement and integrate with process and material flow.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線各類突發(fā)異常（工裝夾具、工藝文件、來料、操作等）調(diào)查、分析和解決，保證生產(chǎn)線的正常運(yùn)行。
Responsible for abnormal issues (related to tooling, jigs, process document, incoming materials, operation, etc.) investigation, analysis and settlement which happened in production and ensure smooth running of production.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)編制WI、PFMEA、FC等工藝文件；負(fù)責(zé)整理和歸納工藝文件確保信息共享。
Responsible for WI, PFMEA, FC and related process document making with sorting out and summary to ensure information share.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)員工進(jìn)行工藝操作的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，使員工能夠熟練掌握產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝及相關(guān)的工藝設(shè)備操作。
Responsible for conducting process operation training for operators in order to make them familiar with product related process and equipment operation.
8. 負(fù)責(zé)估算RFQ階段NPI項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)力成本。
Responsible for labor cost estimation for NPI projects in RFQ phase.
9. 主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝流程，減少浪費(fèi)，提升效率，降低成本。
Lead continuous improvement activities in production, optimize production process, eliminate waste, improvement production efficiency and reduce the cost.
10. 處理PIE經(jīng)理和部門經(jīng)理交辦的其他事宜。
Complete other tasks assigned by department and PIE manager on time.

任職要求/ Qualification：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或電子類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.
2. 3年以上工藝改善相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Above 3 years process management working experience.
3. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. 熟悉IE和QC七大工具，能夠熟練應(yīng)用。
Familiar with IE and QC 7 tools knowledge, especially for good practice in application.
5. 熟悉精益基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，尤其是價(jià)值流程圖。
Familiar with Lean basic knowledge and especially for VSM.
6. 具備工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠熟練使用CAD軟件。
With complicated Jig and Fixture design experiences, able to use CAD software.
7. 具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
With good teamwork capability and communication & coordination.
