崗位要求：
1、根據(jù)部門的總體規(guī)劃及目標(biāo)，制定生產(chǎn)課室的工作規(guī)劃、目標(biāo)并落實達(dá)成；
2、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量控制，隨時監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中的品質(zhì)狀況，確保產(chǎn)成品的合格率；
3、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場人，機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)的合理調(diào)配及督導(dǎo)，全面控制生產(chǎn)成本，監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)物料的使用狀況；
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織生產(chǎn)過程產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)識及運行記錄確保產(chǎn)品的可追溯性；
5、負(fù)責(zé)組織監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)線工藝運行情況，生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備、工裝夾具的動態(tài)管理，并提出改善建議及措施；
6、組織開展生產(chǎn)車間安全生產(chǎn)及5S管理，努力提升員工安全生產(chǎn)意識，改善、維護(hù)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)環(huán)境。


任職要求：
1、熟悉光伏組件產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程、各工序工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，生產(chǎn)異常解決手段及關(guān)鍵控制點；
2、擁有生產(chǎn)管理理念及生產(chǎn)實戰(zhàn)管理經(jīng)驗，對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時、成本控制、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理、安全生產(chǎn)等具有較強的管理技能；
3、有項目管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
4、熟練使用各種辦公軟件。
