異質結相關4道工序，清洗制絨 PECVD鍍膜 PVD鍍膜和絲網(wǎng)印刷設備工程師

崗位職責

1. 組織公司新建異質結電池產(chǎn)線的設備廠商對及二次配點位確認；

2. 制定公司電池設備的管理制度，組織編制設備作業(yè)指導書、保養(yǎng)作業(yè)指導、日常點檢作業(yè)指導書等文件；

3. 編寫設備調試計劃及確認跟進進度；

4. 計劃實施本工序人員的二三級培訓；

5. 本工序調試及生產(chǎn)過程中的異常處理及報告輸出；

6. 定期梳理本工序的備件使用情況及時提請申購。

任職資格

1. 大專及以上學歷，機械設計及其自動化、自動類等專業(yè)；

2. 至少3年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；

3. 熟悉太陽能光伏電池絲印設備特性，熟悉設備維修、保管以及設備管理方法；

4. 有異質結電池生產(chǎn)設備維保、管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
