崗位職責:
1、負責做好當班的生產(chǎn)記錄、報表、員工績效考核，了解確認工單數(shù)量、材料、工藝要求等指標信息
2、負責本組員工技能培訓的工作
3、負責按工藝標準進行標準化作業(yè)、降低不良損耗
4、嚴格執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準，將不合格進行標識、隔離、返工，做好過程管控，確保做出合格產(chǎn)品
5、負責執(zhí)行異常解決優(yōu)化方案及糾正預防措施，并傳達到每一位員工
6、負責帶領本組人員做好現(xiàn)場6S管理工作
7、負責做好本組的材料損耗及不良控制工作
8、負責本組培訓和提高員工的安全及遵章守紀意識，制止違章行為，避免安全事件的發(fā)生
任職要求：
1、知識和經(jīng)驗: 2年以上電池制造班組管理工作經(jīng)驗，電池生產(chǎn)工藝知識、班組管理基礎知識、安全與6S管理、質(zhì)量管理知識
2、技能要求:班組管理技能、統(tǒng)計分析技能、員工培訓技能
3、能力要求:溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、生產(chǎn)計劃與組織能力、異常發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題的能力、高執(zhí)行力
4、素質(zhì)要求 :工作細心、責任心和執(zhí)行力強
