Job Responsibilities崗位職責1.Assist leaders in implementing the duties and responsibilities of the Communist Party of China (abbreviated as “the Party”) in the university, develop plans and schemes for the Party affairs.協(xié)助領(lǐng)導貫徹落實高校黨建工作職責任務，制定學校黨建工作計劃和方案；2.Responsible for the secretarial work of the Party in the university, drafting important documents, taking the lead to draft of the Party ’s work systems, work summaries, requests for instructions, reports, etc.負責學校黨組織文秘工作，負責重要文稿的撰寫，牽頭起草學校黨建工作制度、工作總結(jié)、請示報告等 ；3.Take the lead to handle of instructions from higher-ups and decisions on the work of the University's Party organization, check and supervise the implementation of related work.牽頭辦理上級指示和學校黨組織工作決定，檢查督促相關(guān)工作落實；4.Coordinate the organization of various meetings and activities related to the Party affairs.統(tǒng)籌組織各類黨建相關(guān)會議、活動；5.Coordinate with various departments and faculties to promote the implementation of the Party affairs.協(xié)調(diào)各院系、各部門等，推動黨建工作貫徹落實；6.Supervise and guide grassroots organizations of the Party in the university to implement relevant work and tasks.督促指導各基層黨組織落實工作任務；7.Responsible for the external communication and coordination of the university's Party organization.負責學校黨組織的對外溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作；8.Assist in carrying out other work related to the Party affairs.協(xié)助開展其他與黨建工作相關(guān)的工作；9.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.完成領(lǐng)導交辦的其他工作。Requirements任職要求1.The Communist Party of China members, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, firmly support the Party and the country's lines, principles, policies, have a firm political stance, and comply with the national laws and regulations.中共黨員，堅持四項基本原則，堅決擁護黨和國家的路線、方針、政策，政治立場堅定，遵守國家的法律法規(guī)；2.Bachelor's degree or above, passionate about the Party affairs work , possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a multicultural work environment, capable of handling high work pressure, and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.本科以上學歷，熱愛黨務工作，具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、人際交往能力，適應多元文化工作環(huán)境，能夠承受較大的工作壓力，善于同時并行處理多項工作任務；3.Possess excellent abilities in official document writing and oral ****, as well as good English writing and speaking skills.具備優(yōu)秀的公文寫作和口頭表達能力，以及較好的英語寫作及口語溝通能力；4.Have over 12 years of work experience, have a deep understanding of the Party building work in universities, candidates with experience in the Party affairs at higher education institutions, government agencies, or state-owned enterprises will be given priority.具備12年以上工作經(jīng)驗，對高校黨建工作有較深入了解，有高等院校、機關(guān)事業(yè)單位或國有企業(yè)黨務工作經(jīng)歷者可優(yōu)先考慮。此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學（簡稱港城大）作為香港高等教育的重要一員，致力與內(nèi)地院校及科研機構(gòu)拓展深入的合作關(guān)系。為貫徹落實《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，深化粵港澳創(chuàng)新合作，港城大更將粵港澳大灣區(qū)的辦學計劃納入大學整體規(guī)劃之中，為優(yōu)化大灣區(qū)高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集高端人才、建設國際科技創(chuàng)新中心做出貢獻。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學院就合作辦學事宜達成共識并簽署了合作協(xié)定，擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨立法人資格的合作辦學機構(gòu)“香港城市大學（東莞）”[簡稱港城大（東莞）]。以合辦雙方優(yōu)勢學科為基礎、結(jié)合粵港澳大灣區(qū)及國家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，港城大（東莞）主要圍繞計算機科學、人工智能與數(shù)據(jù)科學、高端電子信息、生物醫(yī)學工程、智能制造、先進材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟等前沿領(lǐng)域開展辦學。港城大（東莞）將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學理念，引入港城大學術(shù)標準實現(xiàn)“兩校一質(zhì)”，將“創(chuàng)新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際競爭力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大學（東莞）獲教育部批準籌備設立。同年11月，香港城市大學（東莞）（籌）正式注冊成立，擔負起港城大（東莞）的籌建工作，現(xiàn)各項工作正在穩(wěn)妥有序推進中。
