Assigned KPI in workcell or for a small account (OTD, Aging make inventory, WIP DII, POE, MPS alignment, FG pallet etc.).7. Provide forecast data to BU for TM1 lock ( forecast, make part inventory projection.).8. JOS meeting(CAC, MIC), ECN meeting, NPI meeting.9. Handle internal or customer audit.10. Handle customer escalation or complain independently.11. Project EOL management.12. Coordinate with internal team and customer to set up CSR EDI/customized system requirement.13. Handling RMA requirement, assign RMA #, coordinate customer ship back, internal process and ship out to customer.14. Collaborate or escalation with cross functions(for Lean Projects, KPI, daily operation, etc).15. Training newcomer/EIT/Junior Buyer.16. Take lead for Lean project and share best practice with other planners.17. Skillful applying Jabil system/tools and process and constantly seeks to improve/optimize work processes.18. E&O management.19. FIA report to demand change including NPI.20. Work with global planning manager for FG safety stock set up.21. Revenue performance monitoring and recovery plan.22.
