工作職責(zé)：Job Responsibility 1. 開發(fā)設(shè)計連接器非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備，執(zhí)行開發(fā)可行性評估，自動機機構(gòu)設(shè)計和圖紙繪制，跟進設(shè)備的零件制作，安裝和調(diào)試，及時解決調(diào)試和試產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題直到設(shè)備交付。 Develop and design connector non-standard automatic equipment, ****uate the new auto machine feasibility. Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, follow parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning , To solve problems in conditioning and trial run before machine delivery to mass production. 2.完成設(shè)備工程文件的制作和歸檔，評估設(shè)備設(shè)計成本統(tǒng)計及控制. Compile machine engineering document and filing, estimate and control machine cost 3.制定并執(zhí)行設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范. Establish and execute automation design standard4.參與現(xiàn)有自動機及自動線設(shè)計改進，提高產(chǎn)量及生產(chǎn)效率，減少生產(chǎn)不良及報廢。 Participate in existing machine design upgrading, improve capacity, efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate. 5.外購自動化設(shè)備或生產(chǎn)線的導(dǎo)入. Handle machine or auto assembly line which are established by external automation suppliers.6.在海外架設(shè)新的自動化生產(chǎn)線。Set up new automatic assembly lines outside China.02任職要求：(Job requirement) 1. 六年以上非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備開發(fā)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，能獨立完成整機機構(gòu)設(shè)計；有連接器或精密電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 6 years work experience in non-standard automatic machine design, Can complete the whole machine mechanism design independently, Experience in connector or precision electronics industry is preferred 2. 熟練掌握機械傳動，氣動，伺服及元器件的選型；了解精密零件加工原理. Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, servo and component ****ion0202Understand machining principle of precision parts well02 3. 熟練使用Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD等設(shè)計軟件；Familiar with Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD design software 4. 良好的邏輯思維，團隊精神和創(chuàng)新意識；較強的時間觀念和責(zé)任意識，能承受較大工作壓力。 Good logical thinking, teamwork and innovation consciousness0202strong sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure. 02 5. 良好的溝通能力.
