職責(zé)描述：
1.Support setting up and maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system, make internal system audit;
2.Conduct incidents report and investigation such as near miss, first aid, loss workday case, medical treatment case and follow up.
3.Supervise and standarize safety procedures such as work permit, lock out tag out and try out, hot work, work at height ,access to confined space, etc.
4.Handling Injury and occupational disease.
5.Setup firefighting maintenance and manangment system;
6.Regularly check and update law and regulation, evaluate plant activities compliance with law and regulation.
7.Make yearly EHS training matrix for every employee, accordingly develop EHS refreshment training.
8.Monthly collect ehs KPI data and make report.
9.Build up and maintain occupational health management and organize physical examination.
10.Regulaly develop emergency drills such as fire, explosive, hazardous material leakage.
l1. Project safety and construction site safety management.
12.Keep regular plant safety inspection and superivise contractors and employee unsafe behavior.
13.Disposal of waste substances and dangerous waste substances.
14.Keep close liaison with local authorities and related agencies.

任職要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Major in EHS or relenvent;
3.3 year of EHS experience;
4.Fluent English speaking and writing;
5.Good communication, negotiation, execution, and learning skill;
6.Proactive and strong mind-set
7.Certificate of EHS

我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的首家工廠(chǎng)成立于2008年，位于江蘇省昆山市，自此開(kāi)始正式進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)。海斯坦普的上海辦公室于2007年7月成立，于2009年升級(jí)為海斯坦普亞太區(qū)管理總部。集團(tuán)自2010年收購(gòu)了愛(ài)德夏后，開(kāi)啟了迅猛發(fā)展的模式，于2011年收購(gòu)了蒂森克虜伯金屬成型武漢工廠(chǎng)，在短短的3年內(nèi)新建了5個(gè)工廠(chǎng)（2012年的重慶工廠(chǎng)、2013年的沈陽(yáng)工廠(chǎng)、2013年的昆山愛(ài)德夏工廠(chǎng)、2014年的東莞工廠(chǎng)和2014年的昆山工廠(chǎng)2期）。目前，在中國(guó)制造的關(guān)鍵汽車(chē)零部件主要有：A柱總成、B柱總成、地板加固件、牽引力操縱桿、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸掛機(jī)架、門(mén)檻板、車(chē)門(mén)鉸鏈，車(chē)門(mén)限位器，自動(dòng)開(kāi)閉系統(tǒng)和駕駛控制系統(tǒng)等。截止至2016年，我們主要的客戶(hù)有大眾、福特、標(biāo)致、通用、寶馬、吉利沃爾沃、捷豹路虎、戴姆勒、廣汽、現(xiàn)代、本田和雷諾-尼桑。

隨著海斯坦普集團(tuán)在中國(guó)地區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展， 我們即將在中國(guó)天津武清開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)建立一家全新的工廠(chǎng)，計(jì)劃于2017年建成投產(chǎn)，辦公地址位于天津市 武清開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū) 泉匯路開(kāi)源道附近。海斯坦普天津工廠(chǎng)將主要為京津地區(qū)的客戶(hù)提供卓越的產(chǎn)品解決方案，如北京奔馳、北汽福田、一汽大眾、一汽豐田等。
