Job Description：
1. Set up all management process and increase work efficiency about warehouse, logistics, and import & export to ensure the smooth production supply and finished goods delivery correctly & safely.
2. Set up and implement dept. KPI according to corporate performance indicator.
3. Organize inventory to make sure control accuracy.
4. Dull material process.
5. Maintain & update ISO related documentation and implement procedures in accordance to ISO standards.
6. Totally responsible for the logistics dept. employees management, including organization plan, work optimize, performance evaluation, employees career development plan, etc.
7. 5S, visual management and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 10 years working experience in MNC manufacturing industry, 5 years working experience in logistics or supply chain management position.
2. Excellent command of English.
3. Good negotiation skills and communication skills both in Chinese and English.
4. Strong leadership and organizational management capability to lead a team.
5. Self-motivated and result-orientated, good personalities.
6. Good computer application skills, good SAP using experience.
