職責描述：
1.According to company quality policy ,procedures and customer requirements , implement and maintain quality systems or customer specific quality system requirements to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous improvements
根據(jù)公司的質(zhì)量方針，流程及顧客要求，實施和維護質(zhì)量管理體系和顧客指定的質(zhì)量體系要求,以增強顧客滿意度和實現(xiàn)持續(xù)改進
2.Take lead in IPQC to ensure the compliance to quality related procedure documents and working instructions.
主導過程質(zhì)量控制，以保證質(zhì)量控制流程和作業(yè)指導書得到有效的執(zhí)行
3.Customer compliant handling, internal and external quality incident investigation, and identify reliable Corrective Actions and
Preventive Actions.
顧客投訴處理，包括內(nèi)部和外部質(zhì)量事故調(diào)查，識別并實施有效的糾正預防措施
4.Support Operations, Process & Project Engineering activities in developing systems for continuous improvement as well as interacting with customers and suppliers.
支持運營，工藝和項目相關(guān)的流程和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)，包括與顧客和供方的溝通，以進一步實現(xiàn)持續(xù)改進
5.Periodical statistical review of product performance to monitor and analyse the variaiton and trend of CTQ
定期評審產(chǎn)品的性能，監(jiān)控和分析產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵性能的波動和趨勢
7.Involvement in suppler and outsourcing quality management.
參與供方和外包相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理活動
任職要求：
1. B.A degree in Engineering or Science
本科學歷，工程背景
2. Above three years of working experience in quality management ,experience in personal care background is preferred
三年以上質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，個人護理行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
3.Familiar with various QC and FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC/Mintab tools
熟悉各QC工具，了解 FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC/Mintab等質(zhì)量工具
4. Good knowledge and practice of ISO9001
