崗位職責(zé)： 1. 協(xié)助外籍老師的教學(xué)活動(dòng)和班級(jí)日常事務(wù) 2. 負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)情況 3. 配合教學(xué)計(jì)劃、活動(dòng)的完成，如成果展示和課外實(shí)踐等 4. 協(xié)助老師進(jìn)行學(xué)生管理和家校溝通。崗位要求： 1. 優(yōu)先師范生，英語(yǔ)、教育等相關(guān)專業(yè)等，本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)能力優(yōu)秀；2. 英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力優(yōu)秀，能和外籍人員流利溝通；3. 有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，可考慮優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生；4. 有教師資格證優(yōu)先；5. 有愛(ài)心、有耐心和親和力；熱愛(ài)工作，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
