Role: LINAK China Sourcing Coordinator, direct report to LINAK China Sourcing DirectorResponsibilities ?Release sampling PO, Prototype PO and NPI PO, and follow up schedule.?Coordinate with system data maintenance, regular data updating in system.?Coordinate on contracts documentation & archiving work, tooling data collection and storing, to achieve a comprehensive, organized and easy-searching archive.?Coordinate with cross teams on tools, sampling jobs from Sourcing team.?Assisting with EE component spot buy work with EMS and global team.?Micro manage inventory under Sourcing team and work on solutions to handle slow moving and aging stocking.?Assisting with package and some indirect material RFQ, purchasing work.?Transfer related coordination and following-up jobs.?Other tasks assigned.Requirement ?Experienced in Purchasing or Souring work.?Can work under pressure with tight schedule and keep several balls in the air.?Result oriented mindset and always looking for solutions for problems. ?Good at communication, if with good oral English speaking would be preferable.?Good at reporting and presentation, prefer with experience in Power BI and AX system?Integrity with good ethical?Good learning & study, easy adapt to change
