Responsibility:? Conducts Market research and reviews competitive activity on an on-going basis? Work closely with customers on new system architecture and defines emerging requirements for new product proposals? Defining new products. Presenting New Product Proposal. Assess market trend and suggest new areas to get into to grow the product line? Drive new product development activities, identifying critical issues and working with Applications Engineering, Design Engineering and Product Engineering to solve them? Drives demand creation through key design wins? Drives the product release cycle for both cost reduction and innovation of product activities? Develop the pricing strategy and monitors the financial performance of the entire product family? Drives and builds strong customer relationships and helps ****uate joint partnerships with chipset partners to further position product portfolios? Develop and deliver training to the sales and FAE teams? Launching new product with target application ? Travel within and outside China to work closely with major OEMs and chip partnersEducation, Skill and Experience:? Requires a MSEE or BSEE equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus ? Requires 3-5 years of professional experience as an application engineer, field applications engineer, sales, or product marketing, technical marketing engineer or manager in the Semiconductor ICs and Analog industry? Decision making and problem solving? Excellent communication and writing skills. Capable to communicate in a concise and effective way? Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work well across various functional organizations such as Applications Engineering, Design Engineering, Product Engineering, and Sales/FAE
