崗位職責(zé)：1. Response for production wafer level testing (Know Good Die), wafer Cherry Pick.2. New Device/products early involvement from qualification/LVM/HVM.3. Wafer Test Program checkout and maintenance for production products.4. Use Data analytic & EFA for wafer test yield/ test time improvement.5. Deploy automation/digital transformation in KGD area to reduce manual touch point6. Test flow development and continue improvement to meet new test requirements.7. Engineering investigation and resolution on test/process issues.8. Collaboration across multiple departments such as PE, DEV, PKG and Design team.崗位要求：· Bachelor’s degree or above in related field e.g. Electric Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science. · Able to use English at a working proficiency level, good communication skills with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required. · Pro-active with a CAN-DO attitude, able to accept new knowledge in a short time. · Strong sense on teamwork, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred. · Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust. · Experience of code development, Data Processing/Management is a good plus. · Knowledge of testing methodology, DFT and DOE, data process/**** skills is a good plus.
