Duty and responsibilities1. Set up new production line: equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material standard time etc.maufacturing instruction.建立新的生產(chǎn)線:設(shè)備，工裝，夾具，間接材料標準時間等制造指導。2. Process improvement for promoting effectively and cost time reduction.流程改進，有效促進和降低成本時間3. Work with quality engineer to promote product quality.與質(zhì)量工程師一起提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。4. Monitor daily process flow smoothly, take immediate **** for any out of control-quality on work.監(jiān)督日常生產(chǎn)流程的順利進行，對工作中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題及時采取措施。5. Supervise PIE technician for MI, jig and tool fixture design work.指導PIE技術(shù)員完成MI，夾具和工裝夾具的設(shè)計工作。6. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard.確保所有的工作流程和機械工具設(shè)計符合安全標準。7. To compile with the safety procedure and requirements as laid down by the safety committee concerning.按照有關(guān)安全委員會制定的安全程序和要求進行編制。8. Generate line layout and re-layout to improve.生成生產(chǎn)線布局和重新布局以改進。9. Familiar with manufacturing facilities, wave soldering machine, coating/potting equipment, stamping process and automation conceptual design熟悉生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，波峰焊機，鍍膜/灌封設(shè)備，沖壓工藝和自動化概念設(shè)計10. Familiar with autocad, powerpoint, minitab..熟悉autocad、powerpoint、mini等軟件Competencies and experiences requirement1. High college (mechanism or electronic specialty) or above.大專以上學歷(機械或電子專業(yè))。2. 5 years experience or above.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗。3. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000.具備TS16949, SPC, ISO9000的知識。4. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.了解ISO14001/OHSAS18001和EHS文件。
