生產(chǎn)計劃主管組織建立和完善生產(chǎn)指揮系統(tǒng)，編制生產(chǎn)計劃，檢查生產(chǎn)工作，落實、監(jiān)督調(diào)控生產(chǎn)過程各項工藝、質(zhì)量、成本指標(biāo)等，確保生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成
1、根據(jù)銷售訂單及生產(chǎn)狀況編制生產(chǎn)計劃，并經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后下達(dá)制造部門實施；
2、根據(jù)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度及時對生產(chǎn)計劃進(jìn)行調(diào)整并進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，保證計劃完成率；
3、參與制定新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)計劃，合理安排試制生產(chǎn)計劃；
4、銷售、技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)等環(huán)節(jié)的協(xié)調(diào)；
5、參與合同評審工作；

生產(chǎn)計劃主管任職資格：
1、機械設(shè)計、制造或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)，?？苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷；
2、具有5年以上大型生產(chǎn)制造行業(yè)，從事3年生產(chǎn)計劃與產(chǎn)品制造管理工作經(jīng)驗；
3、熟悉汽車行業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造工序流程及所在行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)狀況；
4、具備較強的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力，處事從容果斷，具備良好的組織及協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5、具備較強的邏輯思維能力、執(zhí)行能力；
6、熟練office等辦公軟件的使用。
