A. General Ledger
1.Maintain general ledger journal entries;
2.In charge of accrual cash advance control, prepare monthly analysis report;
3.Responsible for monthly closing, overall control closing process and make sure to submit financial statement timely and accurately
4.Prepare monthly financial statements (T/B, I/S, B/S and PRC report) and Group report package;
5.Perform basic analysis for P&L and BS;
6.Prepare account reconciliation in accordance with SOX requirement;
7.Maintain Platinum systems, E-logistic systems, E-workflow system; New account/sub account/cost center/project code setting if required;
8.Coordinate the auditing work of outside auditors and government agencies
9.Recommend and implement any necessary process controls
10.Supervise/coach junior accountant
11.Any other job assigned by finance manager.
B. Fixed assets
1.Fixed Assets ledger booking and maintain including recognition, depreciation, disposals and retirements.
2.Fixed assets purchase review, make sure in accordance with Plan.
3.Fixed assets disposal and retirement process control;
4.Annual fixed assets physical count;
C. Inter-company transaction
1.Process all inter-company related transactions booking and issue export invoices
2.Issue debit note and credit note for non-trade transaction; claim royalty payment;
3.Keep good communication with inter-company ,prepare monthly inter-company reconciliation report
4.Investigate any un-reconciled items and solve any discrepancy accordingly
D. Government Affairs
Monthly submit all statistics and PRC reports per Government requirement.
Assist to complete annual combination inspection.
Job requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2.More than 4 year’s working experience in MNC
3.Familiar with General Accepted Accounting Principles such as US GAAP and local GAAP
4.Be responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills
6.Self-motivated and willing to learn new knowledge
