Your Tasks ---
Technical
- Coordinate competencies and contacts within the company, in order to run specified customers’ projects or value added projects
- Support the sales team with the more complex / non-standard thermal designs. Handle advanced customizing requests towards product management.
- Handle claims.
- Trouble shooting when customers have issues.
- Liaise with the segment managers to look into certain application areas / trial new products / etc.
- Provide technical expertise to sales team and customers, e.g. new applications / products training .
- Support sales with quotations periodically / e.g. if sales travelling or in a customer meeting.

Commercial
- Map new leads through various activities, e.g. attend exhibitions and seminars, search internet, etc.
- Qualify leads by contacting potential customers as input to sales for their further sales business development
- Liaise closely with Segment to find new application areas.
- ERP system user for the team, update in system, e.g. add opportunities, leads, etc.


Your Key Competences ---
- A university degree in major of mechanism, chemical, refrigeration, heat-transfer, thermal or dynamics.
- Has at least 3 years technical work experience in related industry. Refrigeration and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) area, engine and transportation area will be preferred.
- Understand the project and sales flow/process. Work experience of project management or sales engineer in technical area is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software and basic understanding of calculation tools
