Danfoss is looking for Sales Controller in Danfoss Cooling Segment (DCS) Finance. You will play a global role and will connect with stakeholders as well as colleagues placed in different locations across the globe. Can you act as a finance partner towards the DCS Regional Sales Heads in CNR, APR and INR? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

You will act as a finance partner towards the DCS Regional Sales Heads in CNR, APR and INR. You develop global tools and reports relevant for DCS Management in general and for DCS Sales Management. Act as a financial link between DCS Finance, Regional Finance, Local GS (Global service), Regional Sales Heads and other relevant stakeholders.

You will be part of a global sales controlling team. We value teamwork and to share information, knowledge and experience. We communicate, highlight issues and solve common tasks in open and honest dialogues.

Your functional manager and your sales controlling colleagues (3) are placed on different locations in Europe. Your personal manager is located in China and you will have other DCS Finance colleagues in China as well.

You will be responsible for

?Monthly follow up on sales, fixed expenses, overdue, loss on bad debts, cash on time, NPD (net price development)

?Providing financial insight to your stakeholders and make sure you have a common picture of the financial situation in their regions

?Analyzing the financial performance in your regions

?Weekly follow up on expected monthly sales

?Quarterly follow up on KPIs, annual rebates, accruals

?Supporting the quarterly rolling forecast process on sales and fixed expenses

?Participating in defining, designing and producing global sales controlling reports – could be on sales, AR related or other, used by all DCS-Finance controllers and relevant stakeholders

?Ad hoc tasks – perspective might be analytical/project-oriented and related to a specific topic/situation in your region or global

Your education and experience

?Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent

?Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies.

?Structured and analytical – being able to find “the devil in the detail” while keeping the overview and prioritize based on relevance

?A good team player who focuses on contributing to the team

?Proactive approach and ability to work independently, efficiently and persistently

?Strong cooperative skills in a global matrix organization with personal and cultural diversity

?Flexibility and ambition to go beyond the ordinary

?Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

?Good MS Excel skills
