一、職責描述 Key Service:
1、新產(chǎn)品工裝模具設計，主導項目和首批生產(chǎn)（分析、成本、設計、模擬/測試、實施、改進、決策（內購或外購）、文件編制、控制、建議、完成）
Production tool design ，lead the project and FMP(analyzing, costing, designing, simulating/testing, implementing, improving, deciding [internal or outsourcing), documenting, controlling, recommending, closing)
2、負責新產(chǎn)品圖紙的發(fā)放（與客戶確認，創(chuàng)建內部圖紙、正式發(fā)放）
Responsible for the release of all the drawing of new product (confirm with customer, build the internal drawing , release )
3、完成產(chǎn)品工藝流程、設備工藝、夾具設計/開發(fā)、工藝文件編制/培訓、工藝/設備/夾具的分析、執(zhí)行、完善和控制、SAP數(shù)據(jù)的創(chuàng)建/維護/控制（主數(shù)據(jù)、物料清單、路徑）；產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)圖紙管控；
Fulfill tasks as a process engineers in terms of product flow process, machine process, tool design/development, process documentation/training, process/machine/tool analysis + implementation + improvement + control, SAP engineering data creation/maintaining/controlling [Master Data, BOM, Routing], Schunk Production Drawing。
4、制定詳細的新產(chǎn)品計劃，并定期開會協(xié)調，確保新品的順利生產(chǎn)。
Make the detail schedule of new product and have the regular meeting to coordinate the team in order to finish the product smoothly.
5、協(xié)調處理新產(chǎn)品運行出現(xiàn)的問題，作出決定并反饋給銷售部門和項目組
Coordinate all the issues in NPI running process, make decisions and supply feedback to Sale department and project management.
6、協(xié)調QA作ISIR及PPAP數(shù)據(jù)收集
Coordinate QA in data collecting of ISIR and PPAP
7、處理（工藝、設備、夾具等）工藝相關的問題，分析根本原因，提出跟進改善方案
Process related problem solving (process, machine, tool) root cause analysis and action plan development with control function and documentation)
8、協(xié)助完善制程檢驗過程，處理質量相關工作
Support IPQC process and fulfill related task as an outcome from Quality issues
9、協(xié)助維修部門相關工作，提出合理的設備改善方案
Support the maintenance team in their duties, develop maintenance concepts if necessary
10、對生產(chǎn)管理的投資項目提出合理建議Support the production management team in terms of investment decision
11、與客戶、供應商、海外公司之間的技術合作和溝通
Cooperating with customer, supplier, overseas companies
12、協(xié)調工程的修改和執(zhí)行
Coordinate the Engineering Change Request and implementation
13、編制和修改工藝流程，為成本計算提供依據(jù)
Process preparation & verification for cost calculation
14、為一線員工提供工藝相關工作和產(chǎn)品流程的培訓
Train the employees on the shop floor in terms of process orientated functions, tasks and product flow issues
15、及時有效地完成上級交辦的其他工作
Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by superiors

二、任職資格Qualification:
1、教育水平 Education
本科以上學歷 Bachelor degree or above，理工科專業(yè) Major in or Engineer & Science
2、操作技能 Skills/abilities/competencies
良好的溝通能力 Good Communicate skill
良好的項目管理 Project management skill
熟練操作計算 Skillful computer operation (SAP, CAD/SolidWorks/Pro Engineering)
3、工作經(jīng)驗 Working Experience：
5年以上機械或相關工業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗（有受電弓經(jīng)驗更佳） 5 years Mechanical, Machine design or production process experience.
4、崗位資質 Position Certificate
熟悉ISO9000、ISO14000及TS16949體系 Familiar with ISO 9000 / ISO 14000/ TS16949
了解所轄區(qū)域所有工站的制程，可解決一般機臺的問題點并有能力熟練操作機臺
Know all the related workstation procedure, is general machine trouble-shooter and skillful on machine operation
較強的獨立思考能力及創(chuàng)新能力 Strong abilities with independent mind and innovation.
